HG2

The Heraeus Noblelight HG2 low pressure mercury a compact low pressure, low voltage Mercury vapor lamp is principally for use in scientific instrumentation. This lamp has a high stability output predominantly at the 253.7nm mercury line. When used with the PS-C430/OEM open frame power supply the UV light output is much higher than, and the stability comparable to, that of a deuterium arc lamp. Other lines, which total 20% of the output, are at 313nm, 365nm, 404nm and 435nm. The Heraeus HG2 lamp has a strike voltage requirement of just 21 volts (21V) and a typical power requirement of 2.7 watts (2.7W), making this lamp ideal for use in portable instruments. Lamp life time is 2000 hours minimum and typically 3000-4000 hours. Also known as Heraeus p/n 80017485.
