KRM610

The Heraeus Noblelight patented miniature deuterium lightsource, FiberLight, is ideal for small, portable, battery powered instruments designed for in-field and on-line analysis. At only 6 watts (6W), it has the lowest power consumption and is the only deuterium lamp with instant-on and no significant reduction in life from multiple ignitions. Typical applications are organic chemistry, pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, agriculture, the environment and life sciences. The Heraeus KRM610 FiberLight module is designed as a very compact open frame circuit board, measuring 157 x 55 x 37 mm, with TTL input signal control for shutter and lamps. It requires no external cooling. The heart of the p/n KRM610 FiberLight module is an electrode-less RF induced deuterium lamp arrayed with a krypton line source. The KRM610 has a fused quartz window for 200-400 nm deuterium lamp output and a 1 mm aperture, with a recommended fiber diameter of 400 -600 um.
