Description
The Hi-Tech Lamps part number UHI150AQ20 is a 150 watt (150W) metal halide aquarium lamp with a color temperature of 20000+ Kelvin (20000+K). This 20,000+K lamp has a high color temperature from a single point source, which simulates the appearance of sunlight near the equator in ocean depths over 5 meters and with differing wavelength spikes. Coral fluorescence will be excited in some species under the enhanced blue spectrum of the 20,000+K lamps. This Ushio metal halide lamp has two recessed single contact (Rx7s) bases. Ushio recommends replacement at 6000 hours operation. This lamp is also known as Ushio UHI-150AQ/20+ and 5001588.
