Description
The Hi-Tech Lamps part number UHI70AQ14 is a 75 watt (75W) metal halide aquarium lamp with a color temperature of 14000 Kelvin (14000K). This 14,000K lamp has a high color temperature from a single point source, which simulates the appearance of sunlight near the equator in ocean depths over 5 meters and with differing wavelength spikes. Coral fluorescence will be excited in some species under the enhanced blue spectrum of the 14,000K lamps. This Ushio metal halide lamp has two recessed single contact (Rx7s) bases. Ushio recommends replacement at 6000 hours operation. This lamp is also known as Ushio UHI-70AQ/14 and 5001627.
