Xenon short arc lamps provide a continuous wavelength spectrum that closely approximates daylight color temperatures and have excellent color rendering characteristics, making them ideal for a variety of scientific, analytical and medical illumination purposes including spectrophotometry, solar simulation, microscopy, searchlights and surgical lighting.
